Exclusive to EPIC Store for Forever ???

Exclusive to EPIC Store for Forever like Shenmue 3 ???

I am afraid form Kickstarter = Shenmue 3
the developer promise a key to the steam version and now he has ignored the steam platform, stole the money form players for pc، no refund.

I don't think this development team has any intentions of moving to EPIC. They've stated in multiple posts that they are staying localized on Steam. So I wouldn't necessarily blanket all kickstarter projects as misleading information(saying they'll be on Steam and going to Epic), that's just silly. For the record I haven't pledged any money to this game yet, but would like to if and when it's available. It's kind of irrational to cast blame on this development team for decisions that completely different development teams and publishers for what others are doing. Again, I have no stake in this game at the moment, but I do believe their word that they will remain on Steam. As for generalization, I do agree that kickstarter should hold people accountable on promises made(In your reference to Shenmue 3), but I wouldn't put Chernobylite in that group just because they received funding on kickstarter.

Yeah but that platform (kickstarter) offers no protection. There nothing stopping devs from not delivering, changing the product, straight lying, etc, etc. Shenmue is just the one that highlighted kickstarters flaws.

Well I just heard of this game, and you got a sale in me then! I won't buy on Epic, but would buy anywhere else. Wish I could have Kickstarted it but I never see everything up there. This game looks right up my alley! Thanks and good luck with development! Can't wait to play.

I don't get it ... I seriously don't get it ... how does it come that most eastern european developers/studios are not even close to being as shady and anti consumer as 90% of western developers/studios are these days?
