No way to change resolution?

Is there really no way to change resolution? My monitor setup only reach up to 1366x720. By that I mean, whenever I run the game my monitor will plaster a box saying "Not Optimized. Optimum resolution is 1360x720" or something in that line, and I can't see anything in the middle of the screen.
