Quick question for the devs or anyone that knows. I was looking for a small indie title that I adored 20 years back and found this.

Is this based off or made by the same guys that created a game about a robot landing on different planets blowing them up and escaping back into space to look for the next planet? I am looking for the name of the game. Truly has been an inspiration to this day.
