Yep, I'm with Zrockman. For me, it automatically installed .Net first (just like it has for many other games I have). Then it ran an install shield for the GameSpy stuff. I cancelled out at this point, but the game still runs without it. Next time I launched it wanted to do the GameSpy thing again, so I just cancelled again and the game ran OK resuming from where I had left off.
If you're not into multi-player then you don't need to do the GameSpy install as I believe it's only for multi-player.
