Tutorial improvements
The tutorial fails to teach a few things: what does having too much weight (encumbered) in the backpack does; whether weight added to the vest's equipment slots contribute to encumbrance the same way as if you had added those weights to the backpack itself; what does each of the colored bars in the wristwatch do (I still don't know what the blue bar is, I assume hunger but who knows?).

Also, during the tutorial it is taught that running will drain Stamina and that can be kept track of via the wristwatch, but no matter how much I ran, none of the three bars would deplete (presumably because Stamina is infinite during the tutorial). This confused the hell out of me. Either the game should clarify that Stamina is infinite in the tutorial, or it shouldn't be infinite in the tutorial.

Also, the tutorial is pretty long, but saving is currently disabled during it. What if I suddenly have to leave near the end of it, I would have to re-do it from scratch next time?! This doesn't make sense. Given how I had to begin from absolute scratch when I died to the first anomaly in the tutorial (even having to select my movement preferences again!), I was terrified of losing 15 minutes of progress, so I forced myself to complete it in one go even though I was tired. Not very user friendly...

I agree that the tutorial leaves out some useful/important info.

The blue bar is fatigue. The lower it is, the more you need sleep. If it empties out, you will fall unconscious. (or so the game says in loading screen tips, I've never let it happen)

Hunger and stamina are on the same yellow bar. The hungrier you are, the more the yellow stamina bar will fill in from the top with orange, reducing your maximum stamina.

I don't think that being unable to save during the tutorial is a big problem, you don't need to do any of the tutorials, so you can pretty quickly rush through to wherever you left off. I would know, because my headset happened to brick itself while I was taking it the first time, just short of the end, and I had to redo it.

Off the top of my head, one bit of information that I would consider important to add to the tutorial would be that most weapons (I think every weapon that can't be holstered at your hip) must be held with both hands, or else will suffer accuracy penalties, regardless of what your laser pointer or sight says you should be hitting.
