How do I put the explosives on the door

Minor spoilers
In the mission intrusion you have to put a bomb on the doors of the factory building but I can’t set the explosives off nor can I put them on the door, there’s no way to trigger them even by shooting them. Please help!

There should be an outline of the bomb to indicate where to place it, if I recall.
