Do what it says.
If the mission is to drop off stuff, at base, there's a train cart where you can put the object in.

Best way is to just take any mission in the computer in your room and look for the red circle on your map.

The same thing goes for anything that pushes the narrative of the "story"
or increasing security clearances... every once and a while a "top priority"
mission will be seen on the mission computer. Any other mission is to explore/have fun/raise money (or find a new way to get yourself killed unexpectedly :)

As with any mission, complete what it is asking for. Most (all?) of the "top priority" missions involve retrieving one or more objects and delivering them to the base. Deliver the required item(s) to the delivery bin of the shop. If there requirement is for more than one item, ALL of the items mist be delivered at the same time. Once delivered, colse the door and press "Continue" on the computer screen next to the bin.
