Can't Save Game; No Save File

Description:
Hello, I purchased the game recently, and was hoping to have a good time. Supporter pack and all. I got in, played for about 4 hours, and closed the game for a break. When I booted the game up again, there was no save to load. I Made a new save, agitated. I rushed past the tutorial, and saved manually when I could. Then I closed the game, and noticed, no save file, AND, my graphics configuration was back to the default. I looked up online, "Into the Radius save file directory". I followed through, and low and behold, no folder for Into The Radius. Is anyone able to help? Thanks!
Steps-to-reproduce:
Load game, change graphics, play through tutorial on normal mode, manually save, close game, open game. Are Graphic consistent? Did the game save?
