Floating Red Lines on Main Menu [Quest 3 PCVR]

playing PCVR on a Quest 3 through Virtual Desktop, booting up the game for the first time, no mods, and I can see the main menu, look around, etc. but I can't select anything and the red pointer lines are just floating there like I put them on a high shelf or something. Saw a post who had my exact problem, but was using a different VR Headset (HP Reverb G2), and the solution provided for that user did not work for me (Mainly because I don't have PICO 4 drivers installed, and I don't see any controllers in my device manager.)

I have tried switching between SteamVR and VDXR for my OpenXR Runtime, restarted the Quest, restarted my computer, uninstalled Into the Radius and reinstalled, still no dice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
