Clean Suppressors by hand?
You can clean & maintain weapons by hand but what about suppressors? Or, do you have to depend on the Shop to do that?

Unfortunately, the only way to maintain suppressors is through the repair kiosk. Magazines are a weird one where I think you can brush them, I usually just use the repair kiosk to maintain them because after an expedition or two it only runs me for about $10 TOPS.

Yeah, cleaning mags by hand is a bit finicky but it sucks you can't do suppressors by hand.

There are a few guns that are integrally suppressed, so no repairs required. You need security level 4 to purchase them though.

Yeah, the VSS "Vintorez" and AS-Val.

Can't wait to get my hands on those!

I love the Val. It doesn't hit as hard as the Groza at the same caliber ammo but you save a lot of effort and money by not needing to pay for maintaining the suppressor. I've gone through the Castle a few times packing the Val as my primary weapon.

I've only just started hitting the Factory area but having a bit of a struggle with armored enemies. The hardest hitting primary I have atm is the SKS.

Been getting the occasional bits of 9x39mm so hopefully soon I can start cranking those out!
