Idhk why you'd limit yourself to capped framerates and such on a console if you have a PC good enough for VR.

From what I've seen... It won't make a huge difference but PS5 you get more haptic feedback.

The PSVR2 Controllers don't support haptic feedback/adaptive triggers on PC.

The ps version like pretty good and has some every features but coming from someone with 300 hours in this game I can tell you the mods help a lot with replay value

The PSVR2 uses OLED panels, so all games for it use HDR. I must say ITR looks night and day better on my PSVR2 than my Index, pun intended.

PC especially if you want to use the stalker mod that actually randomizes the enemies (keeps enemies within what you would find in the areas) and lets their locations not be fixed points and let you have a chance of finding more of the weapons out through exploration

Depends on what you have already. If you have a really good PC, just get a Quest 3 and I think you'll get a better experience that way, and be left with more options for future VR experiences. If you don't have a good PC and already own a PS5, then go that route, assuming you can get a decent deal on the PSVR2 headset.
