Game Crashes on start up

was playing the game fine last night and nothing has changed since I last played now today when I go to start the game through Virtual Desktop like I've been doing since I got my quest 3 the game would crash about 3 seconds after launching and the Unreal crash reporter pops up with Unhandled Exception: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION reading address 0x0000000000000000

I am playing with mods but never had a problem before I even reinstalled the game and it still crashes with no mods installed I love this game and want to play through it again before the second one comes out but with it crashing all the time I don't see that happening hopefully someone can help me.

I did so I ended up removing all my mods and uninstall the game then installed it again. Then I just installed one mod at a time until I found the problem one of the mods I had and was working the night before. The mod that was causing my game to crash was 1.0 Total Overhaul. Not sure if you have that mod or not but try uninstalling that mod first.
