Opinions on the 4x ACOG?

Mainly the backup ironsights.
Anyone tried using it? They seem easy enough to line up but I found the front post obstructed too much of the view to be first-shot-accurate past 10m.

I haven't delved too much on the ACOG on prior playthroughs, but the ACOG should have the front sight post partially obscuring the front sight post, not a large portion of it. Without a riser of some form this is natural, but the platform they used for the M4 is able to remove the front sight from the gas block so it's weird the character doesn't. Just let the player remove the backup sights as a physical object if so desired since the rifle used is designed to do that.
