invisible death anomaly

I think its the string anomaly but i cant see it at. I get the flashing red damage signal and then death. Am I missing something here?

any chance you're on the G2?

my HMD sometimes looses tracking and the arms start to go crazy and it can happen that they touch a string that way wich leads to the issue

there where invislbe string anomalys reported tho so it could be one that they havnt patched yet

So the string or as i call it black ♥♥♥ can still damage you even if it is floating a few meters above you could also be the zapping anomaly another almost invisable one

The developers are aware of the concerns related to invisible or improperly rendered Web anomalies. They're slowly ironing out the bugs that are causing them to not be visible. They said they worked out some issues, but they haven't gotten all instances of them fixed yet.

in my experience with this "web anomaly" they are usually tethered tree to tree in forested areas and are almost always above a 45 degree angle from the players FOV. In short if you look at a tree and it has a very solid wavy black string connecting it to another then walk around those trees not between. I had the same problem thinking i was dying from nothing but after a bit more looking around my death areas this was always the common factor.

I think you're trying to explain how to find them but I can confirm theirs a glitch where they're completely invisible, this happened to me too. I saved and loaded and it was there again.
