Floating House with Katya Glitched?

I have been there before. But now I can't climb the piles up the floating rocks to the house and Katya for some reason. Help! I love listening to her speak!

You have to go to the top of the rock on the east side that's just across from the piece of that top island that's sticking out. You have to stand on top of the floating segment then reach out. worse case: save then run and try to grab.

EDIT: Another way is also from the South side, where you can climb up and reach across to the segment that has that last ladder. That's another way to get up.

You can also get down the old way if you're careful.
