Need help adjusting height.

I play on a Rift S and when I try to adjust the height in game I am still too short (the height doesn't change) and holding my arms out fully still has them bent in game which leads to arms getting in my way even with show body turned off.
Is there something I can't see/don't know that I should?

From what I can see the game's in game height adjuster does not work. I am 6ft, and I can change that slider all I want, my head still appears in my chest. The arms in the game are a bit janky at the moment, I would suggest turning off full body view if they are becoming an issue.

Full body view is off but the forearms still sometimes get in the way because it seems to still simulate the body and bends the arms in a weird way.
A shame about not being able to adjust it.

I have a rift not an S. Haven't played in a while but I remember having this problem with a couple of games. I played through steamVR at the time and found re-doing the rift setup and setting up the helmet height higher than it would be on my head. This was all a few years ago so might not be valid anymore but could be worth a try.

I'm 6'3" and my head clips through all the door ways (top of all doors). I've learned so far, there is nothing that helps adjust the height. I've used the in-game, OVR, sat on floor (SteamVR adjustment), nothing seems to work...

The height for me in 2.0 is also off, and the slider does nothing. I am 6' 2" and when I look out of the HMD the ground in game is about a foot higher than the actual floor.
