Lack of advertisement campaign, unfortunately too few people are interested... probably most just prefer COD Bl Ops or other 'nam games... though this project has potential, too litle ads over Steam or other gaming chanels just kills it...

Game is in the weird spot where there are players who want to play online but don't because "no one is playing online" which exacerbates/feeds back into the "no one is playing online" problem.
Most of the time I found (at least on NA) if I jump an empty server, 3-5+ other people end up joining after a little while.

I do agree the game needs more advertising.

This game is different enough to stand out. The only actual vietnam game with active multiplayer is rising storm and its pretty much dead. Burning Lands is probably never going to come out, and this game has a very nostalgic style in gameplay and presentation.

It really captures that early COD feeling. They need to do some youtube videos or something and make social media accounts, send keys to streamers or something. I hate streamers but its really the only way to get free advertising anymore. This game deserves a chance.

Usually on around 12pm central time, and sometimes 9pm central time.

Or at the least that is where I tend to notice that highest activity for the times I can get on.
wya bro
Graphics, outdated engine, and old model (yes, old because if you compare this engine to newer ones). What's interesting is that free-to-play Korean and Chinese games that resemble Counter-Strike and Diablo have a larger player base.
Is this like harsh doorstep? I love playing Rising Storm 2 and want to try this but, I am not impressed with doorstop. I want to give this a shot but also like doorstep the player base is low.

No, it's way better, no popping or clipping like in harsh, better visuals and gameplay, you can choose the AI difficulty, set almost everything as you wish, gameplay is also more refined and responsive... it doesn't feel the same at all, well more polished too.
Multiple game modes, fast gunplay, really fun.

Nice! Feel free to join the discord if not already in, it's more alive.
There is lacking EU players I find atleast 5+ people on US tho
Looks like the Vietnam war setting isn't much popular in compare with the CoD games etc. Especially, outside US. Though I adore this game. It gives me good old Vietcong game vibes. Hope, someone bring back the Halong Port map here
