Screeching sound on random parts of maps

I've noticed since the last update that on random spots of seemingly any map, there will be a loud screeching sound. It gets louder and more quiet as you walk towards or away from it as well. I assume it's something like a ♥♥♥ getting killed as they're shooting and that causing the audio to bug out or something, but obviously I don't know. I use a surround sound set-up just to add. Anyone else getting this?

Do you have any sound related workshop add-on's? If so, try disabling them.
