You can only either buy any item in the SAO Shop or get some of the items from the CUBEs gacha. You can't get anything mentioned in SAO Shop or CUBEs from the game.

Only available there. They made unique outfits just for microtransactions, instead of making them be quest rewards and encourage people to actually play the game.

only for the cube, for the store you need to buy coints

Only on occasion, it's random when they do events to give you some. Else you have to buy it.
