DLC 3 stuck

DLC 3 stuck when I go to the new map and finish cutscene there is no next quest. Does someone know how to fix this? Right now I can't play anything other than old quests. Multiplayer can't get in, and Alice still can't get back into the party according to the story.

It seems in your case after the cut scene it's suddenly move back to Lodend Mountains
I don't know what trigger this since in my case as you can watch here

I don't go back at Lodend after Kaul is left...

Maybe you can manually go to the windcutter ridge through the path from Lodend Mountain

-you lost your way

You followed the yellow track which is the Knight Reborn quest. That raid is "Ancient Apostles: The Knight of Contradictions" from 1.30 DLC quest. That is why it lead you to the wrong way. You should make a U-turn and explore the Windcutter Ridge. The current quest you should tag and follow is "King Reborn".

If you somehow still struggle to find it, then maybe you triggered this rare event

Thank you, I actually received a rare event. I have to wait for Bandai Namco to fix the game in the next patch. So sad.

Meanwhile, try explore the Windcutter Ridge. If it still doesnt trigger the any new event, then try to defeat the knight reborn and reaper reborn and come back to Windcutter Ridge. No guaranty if it going to work or not.
