i passed the game and still not know the table can let me create character

when you get to chapter two a tent will pop up in the main town and if you go into the tent labled "Kirito's Tent" and use the desk to the side it will open a menu with a number of options. One of those options is called something like Character Creator or something to that effect. Select that option then change your character's face, hairstyle, hair and eye color, height, body type, and gender as you see fit.

When I select the Character Creator option , it just show me the Player Name,but not Player ID
,that make me when I online with other player ,they always see my name is "kirito". I think it is a bug but I dont know how to slove it.
