Dual Wield Enhance Armament? (DLC)

I haven't bought any DLC expansions so am i stuck with just regular dual wielding with finish arts but with no enhance armament included? if i get the DLC for it will i have access to it?

i only just find out that i need to buy at least one of the dlc's to get access to it and also there's this one sword im supposed to acquire during post end game and that's "forget me not" (Sword) right? (i know the premium pass has the 2 dlc's included so i'll get that one instead) so i'm only just asking just to be sure if i want to be able to use dual wield enhance armament

yeahm its tied to the Forget-Me-Not and SP Forget-Me-Not swords, which requires the Blooming of forget-me-not dlc, and must be the main weapon rather than subweapon to have it. The enhance armament won't trigger as a sub weapon. Note that this enhance armament only works when dual-weilding.

Alternately, if you do not wish to use that sword for whatever reason, you still have the enhance armament visuals if the main weapon is visualized as forget-me-not
