What's a good build for MBQ lvl 300?

Right now it takes me like 20 minutes to beat MBQ at level 300. My characters are equipped like this:
Me (lvl 177):
- XT Alloy Sword +59 (Rising Spirit)
- Forget-Me-Not +63
- XT Blacklight Clothes +58 (Rising Spirit + Sword Dance) + Rakshasa Incarnation
- XT Chainwork Necklace (Cackling Devastator + Air Dance)
- XT Iron Chain Earring (Evil God Bloodline + Rising Spirit)

Asuna (lvl 173):
Similar setup, with XT Midnight Rain +54 and XT Silverscale Chestplate +45

Rogu (lvl 174):
Similar setup, with XT Guiding Light +50 and XT Heavy Chainmail +53

(Not using blacklight clothes, because I have only one of those with passive skill)

Sinon (lvl 168):
- Loveblight Bow +51 (Thirst For Blood + Tiger's Resolve)
- XT Heavy Chainmail +30 (Body Of The Devourer + Silent Flash) + Mythic Of Usurpation
- XT Iron Chain Earring (Evil God Bloodline + Rising Spirit)
- XT Full Moon Necklace (Bloody Petals Of Carnage)
(Tried to set her up as a debuffer with Rule By The Strong (eq gives 121 special acc), but she can't debuff anything higher than lvl 230, I think...)

I could also use Bercouli with XT Midnight Sun +50, XT Blacklight clothes +50 and similar setup.

Everyone except for Sinon has Berserker EX Skill (Sinon has Debuffer)

I try to use Reaper's Wrath + Billion Blossom + Brand Of The Flowerblade + Warrior Bloodline/Firespark + Sword Of The Goddesses, but it still takes me a long time to beat them.

Can anyone give me an advice what is wrong with my build, and what I can do to improve? I need large shards because my raid parties can't hit Ancient Apostles above lvl 300 anymore. Thanks in advance!
