I have already written about this before, but I have not found a solution. has anyone been able to find a solution to the problem?
(deep down, I have already accepted that I will not be able to launch the Sao AL in the near future, but since a new game was recently announced, I decided to try to do something again.)

problem:
I am trying to launch sao alicization lycoris, after which a black and sometimes white screen appears and then crashes. I tried to update the drivers of everything that was possible. deleted the EAC. after removing the EAC, a fps counter appeared, but the game still crashes after 5-10 seconds.

laptop specifications:
Acer nitro 5
amd ryzen 5 3550h
Geforce gtx 1650
8 gb ram

I'll try. but I seem to have already downloaded it, only the 2012 version.

even after installing Visual C++ Redistributable Runtimes All-in-One, nothing has changed. although at first there was a white screen, but then it quickly changed to black.

just to clarify if I made a mistake. was it possible to unpack and install the archive on a disk on which the system is not installed?

Where you unpack it doesn't matter, but it needs to be installed on the system drive, which it should pick automatically especailly if you ran the .bat installer so it installs all packages automatically.

Event viewer is mostly useless, hard to tell the problem from that.
