What is the multiplayer like?

Me and a friend noticed it has co op but what is it actually like? can we do the story or is it just free roam stuff

Story cant be done co-cop.

There are certain repeatable overworld quests aswell as Divine beasts and raids that can be done in multiplayer.

Just keep in mind MP on PC is pretty wonky and getting stuff done is generally easier in Singleplayer.

The story can be done in co-op, but multiplayer unlocks after chapter 1. The DLCs and after main story stuff however must be done in singleplayer,

You're blatantly lying here, stop that.

Story and all content CAN be done cooperative, you just have to beat chapter 1 and 1-2 missions of chapter 2 and you unlock multiplayer and can do everything else in cooperative after that. Except for the DLC's, those are singleplayer story content.
Including raids, mutant beasts etc which you unlock after beating the story.

I know the difference alright, but it's not that hard to do a facts check before commenting, takes like 10 seconds to google "SAO AL cooperative mode" and you get all the info you need. Not really that hard for most people.
