Gamebreaking Matricaria Bug

Was all ready to play the new DLC (or so I thought), got to the new Nimarivera dungeon, saw quest (scout through 10 floors? Easy!)

Suddenly: Real Life interrupt. Had to shut down my computer (I was on floor 8 or 9 at the time, but I hadn't noticed a save icon while traversing floors). "No big deal," I thought. "worst case, I'll have to redo all 10 from floor 1." Got the situation sorted, reopen game and select continue, while ready to start over— I'm on floor 1 (as expected).

At that point, I run forward and try to activate the object to go down to floor 2. "Cannot proceed beyond this point."

Hmmm...

I Try to fast travel via world map: "You can't fast travel right now."

Okay... I guess I'll run back to entrance? It's a short distance no biggy.

I try to exit the dungeon via the stairs: "Cannot travel between areas right now."

WTF?

I check quests list: The matricaria quest that was generated after completing "Pruning" has disappeared from my list.

Despite the fact that the quest has disappeared, the game has kept my party locked and fast travel as well as normal zone travel disabled as if I were undertaking the quest.

QUICK UPDATE EDIT:
After browsing achievements and comparing it to in-game status, I think I may have located the problem. The quest I actually completed was called "Sprouting." I got the achievement for completing it. The quest that bugged IS "Pruning" the quest list incorrectly has it marked as completed, which means I can't go through the steps to actually complete it within the zone since the game thinks it's already done. For whatever reason, when I exited during the quest, the game decided that "Pruning" had been completed, despite the lack of achievement to go with the quest.

TL;DR
I'm in a small area on floor 1, with nothing to fight. I can't exit because i'm in a quest area where i'm expected to traverse to floor 10, And i can't go to the next floor because the quest incorrectly marked itself as completed.

Hoping to see a fix soon, can't enjoy the game when there's literally nothing to do but run around a small empty zone with my quest locked party. can't exactly finish daily quests either since there's no enemies to fight.

Me too.
It will happen, if you continue from the auto-save data when entering the Nimarivera dungeon.
I reported to BANDAI NAMCO in Japanese.

Yes, it's really regretful that among of my selective game I have to spent REAL Money for this unworthy game.

It's not free money but I have to work for it that's makes me always feels terrible

That's why since this fail game I never PO any game and wait for review to see what the final product is as trailer are mostly fake

They got money without any worthy work

In my environment, it was fixed at ver. 3.02.
