I am trying to launch sao alicization lycorice, after which a black and sometimes white screen appears and then crashes. I tried to update the drivers of everything that was possible. deleted the EAC. after removing the EAC, a fps counter appeared, but the game still crashes after 1-2 minutes.

Whats your Computer Specs? Did you try launching Lycoris from the Library and disabled eac that way?

nvidia gtx 1650 ti
amd ryzen 5 3550 h
8 gb ram

yes. From the very beginning I tried to launch without eac from the library.

yes. From the very beginning I tried to launch without eac from the library.

Open up task manager > performance and see where your Memory/Ram is at when you launch the game.

The only question you need to asnwer - do you have Win11? If yes - then you are 99% doomed.

Guess I might be lucky as I have windows 11 and it runs. I guess in case it isn't a windows 11 issue is to try clearing Steam's download cache and if that fails, redownload, but not sure it will help you in this case.

Try adding the game to your antivirus exceptions. It may be getting a false positive and blocking a file from opening. This happened to me with Hollow Realization a few months back so it's possible this game has the same problem.

i am not sure if i did it right but it did't work

I know it may sound simple but make sure you have the game (sao_al.exe) set to run with your Nvidia graphics card in Nvidia Control Panel

I think I won't resort to questionable methods and just reinstall the game, although I didn't want to do it.
