As far as blue rose, both Blue Rose and SP Blue Rose can only be used by Eugeo
However, there is skins in the SAO Shop/Cubes for different versions of blue rose as well as a icy cold version of Kirito's night sky blade. They can be applied as visual styles on your 1-handed swords

Yes patch 3.10 is the last update, should come out sometime in the next month or two, and it adds a few more weapons.
