Multiplayer restricted?

So since the new DLC I cant access multiplayer anymore, is this a thing or am I missing something? I have completed all the Ancient Apostoles, got all the costumes and weapons and finished the new DLC yesterday.

Yeah, I am not playing the offline mode. Really weird... But I was just doing a raid and im on the final boss and my entire team is just standing there so I think my game is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ LMAO

is not you , that thing happpens to everyone ,it´s the game itself, we reported this bug a while ago and it seems they just ignored it.

is not you , that thing happpens to everyone ,it´s the game itself, we reported this bug a while ago and it seems they just ignored it.

Ah great, good to know Bandai is doing everything they can to fix a game thats still in active development!

I have found the issue. I didnt have Strea and Philia yet, duo to this MP was restricted (which is absolutely retarded imo) nor does the game say why its restricted. The game doesnt tell you anything and it has taken me 3 days to find out I had to do this random ass side story that I completely forgot about. Thanks game, really cool

But its working again now so thats good

The game does tell you. It gives you a message prompt when you load the game, telling you when and why multiplayer is restricted. Just don't spam through the messages when they pop up. Sometimes they are important.

The game does tell you. It gives you a message prompt when you load the game, telling you when and why multiplayer is restricted. Just don't spam through the messages when they pop up. Sometimes they are important.

My game didnt say any of this, I only got the prompt whenever I tried to "search" when in the party tab. The game never told me to finish the side story quest, all it says "Multiplayer Restricted" whenever I tried to do an online thing.

It did give the prompts whenever I start quests that you cant do co-op. But whenever I log into the game, start it up or whatnot it never ever gave a pop-up about a quest or MP being restricted

I'm saying that it tells you when you LOAD into your save and when you begin Ancient Apostles.

It does this each time you get into the ADDED content. For example, when starting the Ancient Apostle missions, it will warn you that multiplayer will be restricted.

It gives a warning once you get to the content that adds Philia and Strea that multiplayer will be restricted until you complete Ancient Apostles AND recruit Philia and Strea.

It's not the games fault if you ignored the message when it popped up. So don't go blaming it for that. The game actually does really well at telling us these things.

Its been a very long time since I played again, like I said I got it whenever I did the ancient apostles and the new DLC. But even back then I had absolute 0 clue Philia and Strea were ingame. I found it out randomly when I was doing the side stories because I though I missed something.

During all this, whenever I loaded into the game, or went to the side story location I never once got the popup multiplayer was restricted. Only whenever I started a new mission (aka the new DLC because I already finished the ancient apostles)

I was super confused because whenever the game gives the popup it doesnt specify what you have to do which is really annoying. I had to figure this out because, like I said, I havnt played since like august. At that pojnt I probably randomly accepted the mission but forgot about it.

Its still really annoying that they give a popup like "Multiplayer Restricted" and then you have to go and figure out for yourself what missions specifically is causing this, you cant abandon them either so youre just gonna have to do them until you find it.

But to clarify, whenever I loaded into my savegame, I never got the pop-up saying I had to finish a quest, that MP was restricted or that I still had to do this or that, I finished the Ancient Apostles (All the costumes/weapons for Sinon, Selka, Sillica, Alice and Tiesse) I finished the new DLC like yesterday or the day before and I only got the prompt whenever I tried to Search in the part tab because I havnt tried MP yet. And yes whenever I started the DLC it said "Starting this will restrict you from multiplayer" that is correct.
