I need wild rose please xD

You can't exchange items in AL (at least for now - because you could do it in both HF and HR, there is a little possibility that it will appear later on - but I really doubt it, because it will ruin Bamco's "genius" plan for microtransactions). So your only solution is to grind it yourself. And there are ways to get a lot Wild Roses pretty fast too, just google how to do it.

You can give presents in Lycoris, and then you can give for example 20 wild roses as a gift to another friend

you can easily farm wild rose by fast travel to another location. if not mistake, there are 8 different wild rose spot, it will re-spawn if you fast travel to another location. so you can just loop around and collect those wild rose.

Wrong, you can give other players items when you are inside town on a controller you press select to open up the ingame quick-menu and you have a gift option there, not all materials and stuff are giftable though but it is possible.
