What is the time limit for the Fatal Scythe the Respawn?

It seems really stupid we have to wait, but I don't know the time limit since I have not gone back to fight it much.

Some people said it was 30 minutes, but I tried to come back once right 30 minutes later - and it still didn't respawn. So it something between 30 minutes and 1 hour, maybe 45 minutes.

It's around 45 mins- 1 hour but its not worth doing reaper in current state. All the drops you get are very much inferior to raid drops. Even after you kill it enough times to bring the reaper to his level cap of 100 (higher level on higher difficulties but its the same loot table as you get from normal) the "improved" per level reaper drops are still terrible in comparison to raid and ex raid drops.

Yeah, it's about 45 mins to an hour. The game will notify you with a message saying that Raid Quest has been updated, with it coming back. As Lyncher said, you get better from raids, and the gear can be enhanced to boot. The only reason I do it is basically because it's a quick way to kill a few minutes, and easy sellable loot. The only reason to get a loveblight bow is to get one with the enhance armament aspect so you can grind the achievement without relying on just Kirito.
