I'm a bit late on this, but my list goes something like...

1. Eugeo

6. Administrator
7. Gameverse girls with Seven and Premiere near the top
8. Medina
9. Cardinal
10. The other girls in no particular order
11. Tiese
12. Zeliska and Kureha


Ronie is 5, not because of Lycoris stuff, but because I read Moon Cradle 2-3 months ago and she's been high up for me ever since. Medina was interesting at the start, got a bit annoying in the middle, but I think she came back around some at the end. And her VA is in my top 4 along with Eugeo's, Cardinal's and Administrator's (I love Maaya Sakamoto).
