Don't know exact minimum but with 276 i wasn't missing anything in north raid but with 235 i was occasionally missing so somewhere between those.
Only way I see that happening without lots of new gear is if you can interrupt the heal and as far as i know you can't unless you hazard the boss which is very tough to do on extreme. The heal jump in the air has crazy high def level so things like whips sword skill interrupt don't seem to work on it.
Edit: i am speaking from a solo experience here not online.
Higher defence for accessories. Some other stats like +atk +acc.
I posted quite a number of vid around recent post. More less got the info from video. Unfortunately no info on what passive they offer since it takes way too long to farm now. Like close to an hour for people starting out.
Higher damage should shorten the time needed. It's more important even if the stats isnt above 50.

I seen tier 4 cloak from boss chest instead of chest within other parts raid.
I still not used to the change in finish art button, manage to parry it. Since it is multihit, godrobe warrior will not allow you to survive. Even 2 cheater wayfarer with 800def also died. Whereas my tank which has 500def survived, possibly due to it defending instead of attacking. This is a big hint that everyone should ignore defence and just equip armors that increase DEX or HP pool to survive at least 1 hit.

Meaning you cannot just use a finish art at the start to try to 1 shot KO the boss since the HP pool is huge and even cheat engine wayfarers take 10mins to kill it with ridiculous stats.
The weapon itself will not give you an advantage unless you are extremely lucky and gotten one that is better than your current one in stats. Else it is just a raw damage boost which is a small one unless you bother to use it to increase weapon bonds?

For starters, just use dual wield. It's gonna kill the south raid tortoise faster than other weapons to give you the swords to improve your dual wields. Don't bother with other weapons at the start. The start should be how to increase accuracy to get a good pair of swords. Emergency dodge is very useful since you sometime mess up and unable to dodge in time, always have it.
The things that give you advantage is teamwork, parry timing, knowing when to interrupt attack chain to back off. Sacred art that give you immunity to projectiles or full party heal need to be on standby. Because with 60k HP, it is possible to get 2 shot. Unless it is a tank build not involved in damage, my Eldrie survived the entire ordeal to prevent me from getting gameover.
It is very demanding on accuracy requirement on the easier raids.
I am doing it with a cheat wayfarer and I still need good parry timing to pull off the raids consistently. Else I am not going to be able to do it because the community in my region is dead. I am left with the option to use a good wayfarer and pray hard I parry most things and make little silly mistakes when I am greedy for DPS.
My take is that if you want to do, conserve your finish art and absolutely do not use until you see the purple glow. That is the 1st step to stay alive and ensure DPS still keep up to meet the 1hour limit.
It's meant to be done in a team and definitely require people conscious of their own DPS and staying alive. I am able to defeat a deathgame raid boss in 50min without any buff, so you can say I spent additional time compared to others, not many people would do that to learn attack patterns.
As for the chests in all raids, I have did all 4 raids and opened all chests. The chest content is the same, don't waste time on them.
East raid needs 680 accuracy to always hit. 550 Evade to be immune to boss attacks.
It will be better if you are also haven’t beat it yet, so we can try it together. Please let me know if you interested.
