kirito persona record max

hi normaly you would speed with the char you want to max the persona and anima on one of the "date" places but i want to change my persona record on kirito but it only has 76% and if i switch to another char i cant use the talk to lvl it up dow do i do it justplaying or

I never done anything peculiar to max out Kirito's persona & anima. Just keep hunting.
I was mostly just gathering & hunt materials (beast claw, hardslate)
