Issues with cutscenes

anyone else still having the issue of the game getting stuck during a cutscene between the first time you fight Administrator in the Main Visualizer and the final time? It always gets stuck for me during that cutscene, right when the screen goes white when Eugeo is talking

Oh, I once got it right after last patch dropped. But I also crashed during getting rewards for daily mission that day too. Then I've checked my RAM for errors, restarted the game - and everything worked fine.
Well, there is no guarantees that it will work for you too. I wasn't even planning to asnwer before read about "when the screen goes white when Eugeo is talking" - that is the exact moment when I got crash. So, try to verify files, update drivers and check your RAM for errors too, maybe it will help.
But probably won't.

This is an issue not just related to this particular bit that crops up. I had it when I opened Eastdarath and the opening cutscene for the first area was going, I would get crashes there. All. The. Damn. Time. After an update, it stopped happening, but this issue and the one I mentioned, along with others, are known ones that Bandai Namco is trying, (key word: trying) to fix. The things DEAD S.n.A.k.e. said are fixes that work often enough that you should try. If those don't work, it may be corrupted data and you may need to Uninstall and Reinstall the game.

Also, how much of your hard drive has data on it and what kind? If it's an HDD, the data can be spread out in noncontinuous fragments. It won't make the game unplayable (data reading has come a LONG way), bu more the program data is fragmented and spread out and noncontinuous, the more likely crashes and other issues can crop up. You may want to defragment your drive, which helped here with other issues in the game for me.
