steam must be online and you need to have money in your steam account

Yeah its false i have just load like 10€ and still get the error.

Yeah its false i have just load like 10€ and still get the error.
Heard people in Europe are having problems accessing the shop. Try changing the region ur playing from.

I tried it just to see, and I get the same error. Im in the US... Do you have EAC disabled?

nope i have it not disabled nor i modded the game, its bamcos fault :)

contacted Bandai Support. I send them a screenshot and a DxDiagnostics file. Got a reply that they send the info to technical support. Haven't heard from them yet.

Change steam download region is the fix for now, seems to work for some regions but i don't know which ones.

as in changing to a certain region works or it fixes it only for some regions? cuz i tried US and Japan neither seem to have fixed it for me :(

It seems to work for some, some also said it works with a vpn but it might work for only some so it might be because of a dns issue from the actual provider, well that is still aquarius fault though but some have been able to purchase coins but truth be told is that buying coins is completely unnecessary and i wouldn't recommend it since you can get 2 tickets per day and you will get pretty much everything in a few weeks tops if you do dailies every day
