You literally don't understand how expensive it is to get a full dub. I'd love these choices too, but they're just not feasible for these kinds of games, unless you're content with getting voiceovers for only about, 10 lines per chapter.

If you want full english audio, stick to western games

Some of the voice actors really wanted to dub it but it sounded like they didn't have the time, or just weren't allowed to. Eugeo's voice actor mentioned it during his twitch steam together with Renly's VA, how bad he felt about not getting to voice his character but that the game was "rushed" and couldn't.

I'm sure a lot of us would like english voices, but it is as Nightmare said. You should probably just get used to it if you like anime games as it is rare for them to have english voice overs.
