The main issue with the game's bugs is specifically because it's cross platform, rather than made for a single platform. That and not enough playtesting. There was a reason why I waited a month to purchase the game, I knew what was coming and the bugginess is far from the worst I have ever seen. The EAC can cause issues due to resource utilization, I simply lowered the graphics settings to compensate since my system is six years old. Can still play the game, I paid good money when I bought it as an upper-mid teir system, so I'm not worried.
I haven't seen the microtransactions yet, mostly because the aspect that does them is shut down for now. Considering that you don't need them to play the game, they're a non-issue as well. The DLCs are future content and you don't have to purchase them. The same was true for Hollow Realization and Fatal Bullet, they aren't microtransactions, They are essentially expansions of the content.
And most of those microtransactions are more cosmetic than gameplay related. Yes, you have some items that will be available that are gameplay related, but they would be more item packs than anything, nothing that is necessary to beat the game as is.
As for the cutscenes, the game so far hasn't been worse than the others in terms of quantity, only that it has more that are tied directly to the story itself on first glance. And 80%? You must have not done a lot of the non-story content then.
