that's just a bundle for future DLCs. getting it now is just pre-ordering future paid content

Let's not compare Dimps' BS of overpriced cut and resold dungeon expansions to Aquria, who have proved with Hollow Realization, that they know how to deliver actual content. the first expansion is said to be around half of the length of the main story plus whatever extra side content that will come with it

Well to be fair, Aquiria havent really proven themselves that much with Lycoris. I mean they released a game with some ungodly questionable game design decisions that feel like basic common sense would have been able to help them avoid. The game also came out in a buggy and broken mess for all platforms and not just pc, also the game is 80 percent mindless and pointless cutscenes, so saying that it is around half the length of the main story does not really create much confidence if its going to be a bunch of cutscenes rather than actual gameplay. The story was also significantly far more subpar than Hollow Realization's story. Plus the game has had microtransactions and ♥♥♥♥ crammed into a fully priced game. So ya i think people are legitimately not confident in Aquiria right now.

The main issue with the game's bugs is specifically because it's cross platform, rather than made for a single platform. That and not enough playtesting. There was a reason why I waited a month to purchase the game, I knew what was coming and the bugginess is far from the worst I have ever seen. The EAC can cause issues due to resource utilization, I simply lowered the graphics settings to compensate since my system is six years old. Can still play the game, I paid good money when I bought it as an upper-mid teir system, so I'm not worried.

I haven't seen the microtransactions yet, mostly because the aspect that does them is shut down for now. Considering that you don't need them to play the game, they're a non-issue as well. The DLCs are future content and you don't have to purchase them. The same was true for Hollow Realization and Fatal Bullet, they aren't microtransactions, They are essentially expansions of the content.

And most of those microtransactions are more cosmetic than gameplay related. Yes, you have some items that will be available that are gameplay related, but they would be more item packs than anything, nothing that is necessary to beat the game as is.

As for the cutscenes, the game so far hasn't been worse than the others in terms of quantity, only that it has more that are tied directly to the story itself on first glance. And 80%? You must have not done a lot of the non-story content then.
