multiplayer region locked?

just unlocked online for SAO and trying to find fight quests, clicked o nthe one closest to my level and there no rooms.. huh

well i mtrying to find people for this one fight on the options closest to my level and there are no rooms for it at all. even if i did just unlock it i would of thought there be people there.

Are you sure? Others have stated that it is based on Steam download region, which can be changed.

Less than 10% of people have unlocked multiplayer. Also, you can't see rooms from people that have a higher story progress than you. In other words, we're not going to really see much multiplayer until everyone beats the main story.
