Perfect Weapon Control Art or Memory Release

Anyone know how to do the Perfect Weapon Control Art or Memory Release? I see an achievement for it

Perfect Weapon Control art can be done by NPC companions who you can recruit later.
Memory release is something you learn later, but your weapon needs a special property so that it can activate. (So far it only activates for your sword you forge)

Perfect Weapon Control Art or Enhance Armament can be done by Kirito with his Night-Sky Blade, Eugeo with his Blue-Rose Sword and Deusolbert with his Conflagaration Bow and Memory Release or Release Recollection can be done by the Integrity Knights with their Original Weapon
