How do i switch characters when there is more than 3 in party??

If it is Medina you are traveling with for the first time, you can't switch with her till later on in the game.

Might be the same way with how you meet Medina and couldn't switch to her till later.

Had this issues where Kirito died and I automatically got switched to Eugio. I switched character while Kirito was not back on his feet yet and got switched to Serlut instead, then Kirito was revived and now I couldn't switch back to him. Had to quit the game without saving to undo this, stupid bug that shouldn't have been.

It's not a bug, Press L1 then press left or right in your d-pad.
