Well it's not out yet so it's impossible to say until it's actually released.
These games are made for controllers though but they should have mouse + kb input but they might be bad, they might not. We'll see in 10.5 hours
;D well i just use an xbox one or ps4 controller, i feel it works the best for games like these on pc ^_^
If you have the charge cable for your ps4 controller you can just plug it in to your pc and use it for most steam games already ^_^
:D well just try it now with any game you have that has controller support and you'll see if it works, in some cases you must start steam in big picture, go to settings, controller settings and make sure the ps4 input is checked and generic controller support aswell in some cases.

How to:
Press ps button and share until the light starts blinking.
Go to windows start menu and start typing bluetooth to get bluetooth settings page
Click Add device
Select the first type
Pick your controller
Set steam controller settings (easier to find in big picture mode) to support playstation controller configuration
When the controller is connected you can set the LED color per controller in the steam settings too
