Lost CoD:WAW disk but have CD Key?

I had a CD drive at one point.. but then came the time of digital downloading. So I scrapped the CD Drive and I don't have space for one. I have the CD key for CoD:WAW, but I cannot redeem it on steam.

Is there any way to get the game without having to pay for it? I've already paid for the CD key

Have you checked to see if it would work in Steam? I believe you can get it here, but you just need a valid key to unlock it.

The key is valid, but you cant get it through steam. Quite a few people have tried :/

Are you really that stupid? This CD key isn't meant for Steam. You can't redeem it here. The only way to play it if your disk is lost is to pirate the game and insert the key. That's pretty all.
