Bunker glitch?

I'm stuck on the Blowtorch and Corkscrew Mission, where I am directed to blow up the bunkers with satchel charges. 3 Problems though:
1. There is no prompt when I get to the bunkers, and if I go ahead and press "4" (k/m), then MMB anyway, I can throw the charge into the bunker, but when I press the detonator, nothing happens.
2. Sometimes the game will tell me I have no satchel charges to use.
3. One time I was actually able to blow up one bunker, but the star icon never disappeared from the map (as if it had not been blown up).

Verified the files, restarted the Misson, restarted the game. Nothing worked.
Searched for answers to these problems, and could find nothing. Not even a mention of this problem. Anyone have this happen in their game? If so, how did you fix it?

I guess you've already checked your key bindings for how to grab / throw / detonate satchel charges, so the only possible reason coming to my mind in this case is, using trainers during gameplay or enabling certain developer console cheats may be leading to this issue. for the final mission of American campaign, I've encountered a topic where a user was unable to call in airstikes due to that reason. I think it was the same key as throwing satchel charges in the mission you've had this trouble with.

Nope. Not using any trainers/cheats/etc. Strictly the generic/vanilla installed game, bought here on Steam during the last sale.
