As far as I’m aware it’s not a supported feature. Only way I could think is if you could combine 2 mods into 1. You’d probably have to have modding knowledge though.

Its actually possible to now combine the (t4m) patch with reshade FYI.
New update: https://github.com/JBShady/T4M-Enhanced
Pretty sure with this new 4gb update, WaW would run excellent with multiple mods.

This is cool news! I've always just used T4, so I can also use reshade now.

u just drag and drop the dll file to ur cod waw directory folder that's it
