So apparently after march 2021 activision ran out of keys for waw, didnt mind making new ones, so all the steam copies that are being sold, do not have access to online features.

How to play online? or you have bought waw a long time ago, otherwise i painly have to recommend Plutonium. Do not feel bad tho, if you bought the game, pirating it shouldnt make you feel bad since you paid for it and there is no other way (other than buying an old steam account).

its not that you cant buy the game but its the cd key that run out i bought this game last week and i cant make an online profile because i dont have the key btw you can still play zombies and campaign.

If you buy waw from steam right now, you can only play offline, unless you do tricks listed above to play (for ex, play mp with key swap find video on yt, or play through plutonium with no need for an official steam copy so get ur refund if possible)

There was no need to find it the hard way as i clearly said you cannot play online through new steam copies unless you do the tricks i suggested and others suggested too...

I can't 'cause my post is true. It's not discontinued you can still buy it for single player. Also all these explanations offer more detail than your original post.

Aww bummer whats crazy is that Test Drive unlimited 2 is still being sold despite the shut down servers. They have time to create steam redemption codes aswell as the "CD keys" to activate the game.

Plutonium does not work it will not give you the multiplayer servers that are not also plutonium. It only allows cod to be in offline mode when you buy a new steam version, even with plutonium. Unless you know different you will need a cd key from somewhere I don't know where, but prior to date mentioned above from a retail box disc. I see plutonium always offered as a solution, IT SOLVES NOTHING for multiplayer with the same servers as people who have working game.
