if you can't find zombie maps even when you're going like above, then the reason could be that you got WaW on steam while living in germany/austria, or having redeemed a german key, which is possibly bought from some other site. due to censorship by german laws, this game doesn't include zombies for people who own the german version. if that's the case, you may take a look at this guide, to learn about how to apply the uncut patch (only for german versions of WaW), and to see download links for it. good luck.

and yeah, unless OP owns german version of WaW, he doesn't need to beat campaign just for the sake of zombies. all four zombie maps are already unlocked at initial installation for digital (aka steam) copies of the game.
no problem. you'll be able to play zombies just fine once you install the uncut patch. I guess the law regarding WW2 (use of swastikas and such in video games) was recently changed by german government; but there are many WW2-related products with content restrictions, for customers living in germany.
