I'd say BO3 would be a good choice,just don't waste $60 buying it on steam
maybe a buy a steam code instead
the annoying things in WaW zombies basically are;
1- connectivity problems in matchmaking : very few of the actual lobbies are seen on server browser even when refreshing. a known issue since almost the release. port forwarding is strongly recommended for this reason alone. public matchmaking is very hard and luck dependent, so you will often need to find partners on steam forums or discord groups, to even play a simple game for fun.
2- engine & bugs : zombie behaviour and pathfinding are awkward. they have sticky claws which makes training at small areas and pistol & knifing riskier. they sometimes run to more distant players, rather than closer ones, especially if someone is on/near a staircase. they occasionally hit like beasts, pushing/pulling players out of their route. additional annoying things such as wunderwaffe-juggernog glitch, buggy box spots, inconsistent weapon stats among maps etc.
