Cod waw zombies mods aren't loading when clicking start

Title. Please help don't know what to do

So when you click "MODS" on main menu and then select the mod you want and click "Launch" it doesn't load the mod?

Some things to try.

1) Try multiple maps, are all maps not loading? Or just certain ones?

2) Make sure there are no loose files in your mods folder. All files should be in folders. Mods folder located at C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Local\Activision\CoDWaW\mods

3) Do the maps you are trying require T4M? Do you have T4M? For download and instructions on installing t4m go here and watch the video and download.

4) Verify the integrity of the game files. Right click on Call of Duty: World at War in your steam library, Click Properties. Go to LOCAL FILES and then click VERIFY INTEGRITY OF GAME FILES. This will take a couple minutes to complete, then launch the game and try again.

So what do I do if none of this helps?

Some zombies/mp maps work, not all of them will work.
I have a few zombies maps that will work, but some of them will give me a black screen.
It varies on what you download
