Just picked this up on HB, and I was wondering if there were any mods to improve / tweak the graphics?

Mapper posted a link at the bottom of his original post. From what I recall this mod won't work if you're also using T4M, and T4M is mandatory for a bunch of custom maps, not his map though.
I'd still recommend T4M over a graphics mod, since T4M also offers unlocked FOV console commands for SP and zombies.

You can also try out SweetFX (if your hardware is capable of running it). It basically improves the graphics and also works on both multiplayer & zombies. Before installing it, you have to turn off Anti-Aliasing in the game options otherwise it could may not work.

Use that only in single player/co-op. Not a good idea for multiplayer.
